On the way to its 100th anniversary, Lupo could not stop worrying about the environment. All of the manufacturing processes are in accordance with the environmental laws.

Enzymes which diminish water consumption are used in the yarn dyeing process.

The water used for cooling the machines is collected in water tanks and reused later.

Residues of raw materials, yarns and fabrics as well as all the paper used by Lupo are recycled, making the amount of residues thrown in the environment as smaller as possible.

The oil used in the restaurant is transformed in biodiesel to be used by the company.

Lupo also contributes to nature and demonstrates its environmental concern through reforestation actions.

In this context, the company inaugurated a plant in 2005 to employ people with special needs.
